The City of Middletown is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online.

A service fee of 2% or $1.50, whichever is greater, will be applied to all credit/debit card payments. Effective June 1st, 2023, there will be an increase in the service fee for all credit/debit card payments. The minimum service fee will be increased from $1.50 to $1.95. The 2% maximum service fee will remain unchanged.

There will be a $25 fee for all ACH payments returned for any reason.
This includes, but not limited to, incorrectly entering the account number or type of bank account.

If you are scheduled for shut-off or your water is already turned off, please call our office to make your payment.
